In a life-threatening emergency, call 111 first. Alerting ski patrol only works at resorts using AlpMate Patrol, inside the resort area and while patrol is on duty, and delivery depends on signal, battery and your phone's settings. Who can see what I post in the community?我在社区发的内容谁能看到？
Posts, comments and your community profile are visible to everyone using AlpMate. Private messages are only between you and the other person. You can delete your posts at any time and choose whether your medals and season stats appear on your profile.笔记、评论和社区主页所有用雪伴的人都能看到；私信只有你和对方能看到。你随时可以删除自己的笔记，也可以选择要不要在主页展示勋章和雪季数据。
Who can join the community?谁可以加入雪友社区？
Anyone can browse. To post, comment, follow or message, you need to sign in, be 16 or older and agree to the community rules. You can report or block anyone in one tap.谁都能浏览。要发笔记、评论、关注或私信，需要登录、年满 16 岁并同意社区规则。看到不合适的人或内容，可以一键举报或拉黑。
Which resorts can I alert ski patrol at?哪些雪场可以通知救援队？
Only resorts connected to AlpMate Patrol. None is connected yet — we're working with resorts on pilots. Everywhere else, the SOS screen still shows your location and accuracy, the resort's patrol number and one-tap 111.只有接入雪伴救援的雪场。目前还没有雪场正式接入，我们正在和雪场洽谈试点。在其他雪场，求助页面仍然会显示你的位置和误差、雪场救援电话，并能一键拨打 111。
Does AlpMate replace calling 111?雪伴能代替拨打 111 吗？
No. AlpMate is a safety support tool, not an emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency, call 111 first — it's one tap away in the app.不能。雪伴是安全辅助工具，不是紧急服务。危及生命时请先拨打 111，App 里一键就能拨。
What if there's no mobile signal?没有信号怎么办？
An alert needs a data connection to reach patrol. Without signal, AlpMate puts calling and texting first, keeps your coordinates on screen to read out, and resends the alert when signal returns. You can also use the rescue light, or your iPhone's satellite SOS where it's available. Tell lift staff if you can — they can radio patrol.求助要有网络才能发到救援队。没有信号时，雪伴会把打电话、发短信排在最前，坐标一直显示在屏幕上可以念给别人听，有信号时自动重发求助；也可以打开求救灯光，或者在支持的地方用 iPhone 的卫星紧急求救。能的话告诉缆车工作人员，他们可以用对讲机呼叫巡逻队。
Is my location shared all the time?我的位置会一直被共享吗？
No. Your location goes to your team only when you join one, and to ski patrol only when you send an alert. Team locations delete after 24 hours. Your community profile shows only your country.不会。只有你加入小队时，位置才会给队友看；只有你发出求助时，才会发给救援队。小队位置 24 小时后自动删除。社区主页上只显示你所在的国家。
Is it free?要钱吗？
Yes, AlpMate is free for skiers and snowboarders. There are no ads and we don't sell data.免费。没有广告，也不卖数据。
